Cinnamon Bark oleoresin

Cinnamon Oleoresin is mined from Cinnamon bark by supercritical CO2 extraction process. Enormous quantity of Cinnamon bark powder can be substituted by small quantity of oleoresin. Cinnamon is the foundation of cinnamon bark, fruit, leaf and their essential oils and many Cinnamomum species yield a volatile oil on concentration with different aroma characteristics and composition.

The ironic, sweetened, creamy flavour of this excellent product, makes it perfect for bakery, confectionery and beverage application .The bark and leaves are extremely aromatic. The viable cinnamon bark is reddish-brown and has a sweet, warm, spicy, woody flavour. Both the bark as well as oil have a long history of culinary and medicinal uses.
