Description : Characteristic Odour & Bitter in Taste. Fenugreek Oleoresin is obtained by the solvent extraction of the dried seeds of Trigonella foenum-graceum.

It is oleoresin derived from the dried ripe seeds of Trigonella foenum-graccum commonly known as Fenugreek. The seeds of Fenugreek contain 50 percent fibre of which 20 percent is mucilagenous fibre. The Oleoresin of the spice contains proteins, saponins and possesses nutritive and restorative properties. Oleoresin does not contain fibre.

Uses :  There are not many uses for fenugreek oil apart from its health benefits.
